driving in the rain is like 1000x better than the dry. The car speaks to you so much more clearly.

Whenever I am trying to dial in a setup, I take the car out in the rain to get a clear understanding of the natural bias.

I was terrified initially just because of my off-track excursion at VIR, but I settled right in, and was actually shocked at how quickly I was detecting any kinds of under- or over-steer. It was as if I caught it before it really happened, and it was a great feeling. A complete opposite to how I felt at VIR.
