Picked up 20lb of pork roast for the pulled pork samiches

Cooking it up here then freezing it for transport. Will just need to dump it in a crock pot for some easy lunches

I can't fly out on Thurs or Fri now due to work. The flights on Sat don't really work and are now more expensive to boot

I'm going to hold onto my Fri/Mon flights just in case I can get out of work. Got a spot on the floor for me just in case? I can bring a cot or air mattress easy enough.
