My buds in Dallas told me to sell the house and move as well. One of the guys working in my group is also near Dallas, and he's here for a year. I know a few people over there. Social life is definitely nicer over there than here.

Kit looks really nice, love the rear diffuser. I went your original route (picked up a used manual V10 R8 in 2018) and the sticker shock is real on that side too. H&R springs weren't too bad, but...

I would suggest buying some peppermint oil and putting a few drops around your car every week. Mice can't deal with the smell, I guess it overpowers their sensitivity limit, and they leave the area....

Wheels are same setup as yours. 245/40 on the fronts, 285/35 on the rears - lowered on H&R springs. I use Continental Extreme Contact DWS. Pretty good all around tire. Not a performance oriented...
