I had a problem with my Forgestar F14's clear coat failing within 4 months and 1,500 miles of ownership in a state that doesn't see freeze/thaw nor use road salt.

Get your wheels receives them as blanks from Forgestar and then finishes to your liking. Who ever they are using for coating is subpar!

They tried blaming my installer but when I told them i went to a high end shop that deals with all kinds of wheels in sizes up to 30" and showed pics of the machines they backed off. Then they admitted the coater was having problems with the clear that was used on my wheels.

They told me I had to cover dismount, shipping both ways and re-mounting costs to have them recoated.

Upon receiving them back the water that got below the clear damaged the metal permanently. So although recoated the damage can always be seen underneath. They did not tell me that prior to shipping back.

When approaching them about it they offered me a $50 refund on a $2100 set of wheels.

Got the oil cooler installed today. Normally 220/225 around town, in traffic. Now she wont go over 185 :) This is awesome!

.. and budget hobby race cars bypass the ABS by splitting the two outputs from the OEM master cylinder (MC). One output from MC splits to both front hard lines, the other output from MC first goes...

They are probably very similar to the consequences of someone on a plane that still has a small portable electronic device on during take off :eek: :icon17:

Ls ftw. :tup: Seeing what spooler et al keep going thru with big booost builds, I think the ls route is def the easier way to go for reliable big power. I get the wanting to keep it Nissan/JDM tho...

There is apparently a fan built into the roadster seats to cool the occupants. The center console switches have a small rheostat built in to control the fan speed.

I'm a firm believer of the M45 knob. I rock it in my G.
