Completely normal, my G37 did it as well. Once you figure out exactly what makes it happen (letting off the gas and pushing the clutch in immediately IIRC) you can alter your driving style slightly...

It's the design of the clutch. Don't worry about it. It is normal. Dual mass flywheels do some strange things but they are quite for the most part.
