I'm not sure if you're aware, but you should probably be able to get close to what you want for the car at a CarMax or dealer. The Nismo went up in value and sell for 33~35K. A dealer should take it...

I would say yes. Pretty much every MT I have ever driven doesn't like going into 1st when moving above ~5mph.
