I see they didn't use that little, restrictive air filter that comes with TopGunz kit and instead used an open grill type one which is not practical for normal use. They wouldn't get near that...

The shop that did my A to A installation cut a small section out of the OEM crash bar for the IC clearance and seam welded the cut section to get it's strength back.

Too many questions I think.

I haven't noticed any particular "on/off" feel of the twin plate that you mention. It's obviously firmer to depress the clutch pedal, but other than that it feels like using a "normal" clutch to me.

I have had the OS Giken twin plate Grand Touring with soft cover for a couple of years now. A very good and well engineered, premium piece of kit. :driving:

From what I've read I'd stick with the stock one as your mechanic recommends.

These car reviews are typically full of biased BS. Do not trust what these reviewers say ever. You never know who's in who's pocket and for what reasons and kick backs, etc. :shakes head:
