Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Years ago when I was working for Fruehauf. We got a shipment of stainless steel 10 ga. sheet from China. The sheet was to get tig welded on both sides. I'm welding the first pieces of sheet coming...
