Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Replaced toilet fill valve and the shutoff valve at the wall. Main shutoff valve at meter wouldn't shut off all the way but it was a slow drip so I didn't make too big of a mess. Called water company...
