Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Do you know anything about HIPA laws? I have something that came up I need to get addressed promptly. Aren't you the lawyer in the house. LOL
