Thank you so much for this insight!! I'll be bringing this up today during our talks. I am at the point where I already want to walk. So this may just be the silver bullet needed.

Thanks buddy. I've already got my plan of attack. Seller cuts check at closing date for full amount to repair foundation or we back out of the deal. Not going to screw with foundation issues. Fix it...

Yea, I will double check with my realtor tomorrow once he gets the home inspection report in. I'm leaning towards just trying to walk if possible when the time comes for renegotiation if it goes that...
