Home inspection finished. 3 of the 4 walls have 3 inches of travel inwards on them. Major foundation issues due to previous owners being utterly useless at keeping the home in decent shape. We will be getting a quote from a Mason and renegotiating with the sellers. They either cut a check for the full renovation amount needed for the foundation or we walk.
Inspector also brought up a part of the living room ceiling that had a water spot on it and was soft to the touch. So might be dealing with a water issue as well. So yea.... We shall see. I doubt they will renegotiate much and we will most likely pull out of the deal. They bought the house 6 years ago for 50k and put literally no work into it.
