I have my car lowered on BC racing coilovers and I have SPC FUCA and SPC rear camber arms with SPC toe bolts installed. When I took my car to get aligned they weren't able to get my car back to factory spec and the rear of my car sways left to right when I drive. I need advice to fix this please

I just want to find a way to either hide or eliminate the rust that builds up where the center cap should be on the wheel. I've seen some people spray paint that area so maybe i'll go down that route...
