Bought a set of Z32 center caps, sprayed them KAE. Also bought some fake Rays caps because the color just match, clear coated them myself. Still playing with ideas.

Can't remove the tire and hub by removing the axle nut. There's the caliper, rotor, e brake cable, and 4 bolts in the back that hold the hub in place.

If your master cylinder is failing. Pump the brake pedal a couple of times to build pressure. Then step on and pedal and try to push it to the floor. If it goes to the floor. It might take a while....
