So for reference this is what I’ve done. 2020 first VVEL issue. Replaced with new VVEL. Late 2025 VVEL issue again. Swapped in two separate used form eBay, didn’t help. Added new grounding cable...

Since i can't figure out how to delete this post.... I found 1/8 inch rubber butyl foam I'm going to use in it's place. I guess they don't sell that separately and it comes with the whole plastic...
