Hi David. Do you have a kml file from HLT for MSR 3.1 that you could share with me? This is Google Earth map for one or more laps overlayed with corner & straight speeds and lateral Gs. I'm trying to figure out where I'm leaving too much meat on the bone besides the obvious (Ricochet & Big Bend).

It is needed so that the ball joint doesn't rock back and forth. The threads on the ball joint would wear out quickly and eventually fall off causing you to crash and die.

Why remove the brake line?? I never do, I just unbolt the clamp on the hard line and move it just a little. I've done that many times without issue.
