so i also got bored last night... and i pulled off my blinkers...

i never really liked the silver z emblem right smack in the middle of the carbon... if i could have it my way... i would have never opted for the blinkers on the CS fenders....

i went with three different options.... black ring and black z, black z and silver ring, black everything....

the black ring and z looked ok... but the shiny lens threw it off for me... not my cup of tea...

then the black z with silver ring was pretty nice but looked like a silver circle on my fenders

only looked good when your like 2 feet near the z...

then black out everything... i actually did this by accident.... i plasti dipped it and installed it because i was gonna peel the lens part while it was on my z... so i installed it and took a step back and i actually liked it

so thats the choice i went with...

also.. the blinker still lights up... the light shines through the plasti dip

LOL this,.... is true... lol its not good though.... because i end up being broke..... whats funny is that sometimes when i get off work i just SIT in front of my car and think.... hmmmm what can i do next that no one else has..... lol and for some reason i have been hella itchy with my z this past 2 months

my z enclosure is sold and so is my JL W3 V3... its going to its new owner this saturday... once that happens ill be ordering some of those rockford goodies.... im still thinking hard about that evor fog bro... i might go for the pedal switch with that one guy in the for sales ad...

It is because a bunch of us are modding quite a bit right now. Its makes the bug bites itch that much more!

so my rings came in.... im going to start building the box probably next week

fiberglass nightmare HERE I COME!!!

there are two things i realized while trying to put the rings in the spots that i wanna mount them... we have small cars

it never really hit me until today

now my big problem... i have no idea where the hell to mount my amps

looks like behind the seats but its a shame to hide all that eye candy

also... i ordered some digital floor mats at a local car shop from weather tech.... mad props to my friend for getting it to me for $115 shipped to guam

i contacted them directly and they wanted i think like $50-60 for shipping....

no bueno for that lol... so i should see them in two weeks....

jay should send me out the Z emblems by the end of this week....

im hoping it looks good on the front and rear

and FINALLY my GTR map lights will arrive maybe today or tomoro... been like 5 weeks since i ordered those puppies

Jeez Sim, I think the only thing you're missing now is the Boosted Performance Twin Scroll mid mount turbo set up!... Your car is pure sex. I'm supposed to be picking up my Amuse replica kit off a friend this week... here's hoping!

BUT after the nightmare my friend joe went through HERE because we have no dyno and he was tuning it blind.... i will never go FI... i still want pulleys and motordyne art pipes though

Im not to hip on this kind of thing, but if you went with GTM couldnt they just do a canned tune for you? Do some data logging send it to Sam and have him resend you a tweeked file if needed? I would give him a call and find out.

GTM kit ftw! The maps you get would still do you good and from what I've read over the years about GTM I am sure they would help you out if you did some data logging.

Two questions for you though Jon are the digital floor mats just normal weather tech mats or something different? I have the weather tech liners currently and love them! I would search but I'm on my mobile due to being out of town for work still. Also wondering what are the gtr map lights?

Also don't hide the eye candy you are putting to much into it to hide it all. I'm sure you will find a way to display all that sexiness. I am looking forward to seeing the progress!
