Congratulations on the new dyno/shop and I look forward to your success stories
Its an issue with the factory setup in the tank. I have a sneaking suspicion that the return fuel system in the car is heating up the fuel so much that it starts to cavitate. I am going to pull out the pump and check for leaks internally (I had that issue last year) it is possible that it blew out another oring. It seems to be directly correlated to how heat soaked the car is.

Cold day (semi cold engine) and its perfectly fine, as it heats up it gets worse and worse to the point where it cant even make regulator pressure at idle.

If its cavitation it might be because of the stock filter attached to the bottom of the 255 pump, maybe there is just not enough flow there and when the temp increases the fuel increases its tendency to cavitate. It probably doesnt help that the return is so close to the pickup so that that hot fuel just makes laps getting hotter and hotter.

Just a few ideas I had over the year or so, ill start with the simplest and check for leaks as I did find one last year and replaced the oring. Might have to turn down the pressure incase that is what is causing it. If I cant find a leak then im not quite sure, might try running it without the factory screen in the tank and see what happens, if it helps ill install a inline filter and call it good.
