I was forced into a situation where I had the option to either rent or buy and decided to buy. It ended up being for a duplex and the front garage is maybe 8x10 if I am lucky. The GF can fit the Subaru Impreza in there pretty easily, but not much room to open the doors and get out. So I know I have some room in the front to build a bench, but thinking I wont be able to open the Z's doors all the way
 It was a good buy in a great neighborhood, prices are only going to go up, but totally looking for somewhere just outside the city with a shop as well. If I sell for a good enough profit, will probably build my own
