Sorry for the confusion,
I was going through the thread and I saw you had the oil cooler taken apart.
What I meant by prime was to fill the cooler with oil to eliminate and or minimize the air gap before you start the engine. Its also the same reason why I would not have the oil line connection at the bottom of the cooler so oil won't drain back, its little details that make a difference and saves from toasting an engine.

Oh yes, I did prime the oil cooler by filling it up each time I do an oil change (May be alittle excessive but I figured if I spent the money on expensive oil like Motul I might as well replace the oil in the oil cooler). Unfortuantely I don't have a good way where I could prime the lines. Hopefully the air in the lines will eventually work its way to the top and when I check the level after driving the car and top it off again, it'll be fully primed.

Nuff Zed when you see a man's garage with a set of tool boxes like yours. I absolutely love the work you put in your car. To me, it's not only what you have in the end but also what you put in your journey. Great work bro!

I know i'm not really offering any solution but I did end up making myself the Nismo replica brake duct from the turnkey and thought i'd share.

Here's how it looked.

with black rivets painted the same body molding flat black as the grill

3" since I had my existing ducts routed as that size already.

How did you get it to go past the washer bottle? My RC ducts points the hose right at the washer bottle.

I'll try to get some pictures up in a bit. I'm about to take off my front bumper now anyway. But yea, I had to route it underneath and deform the shape of the duct quite a bit.

If you read my journal and seen the pictures. You know what I had to do to mine ducts to make it work. Angle cut the ducts and reducers, so that I could angle the hose just right between the frame and washer bottle.

i totally forgot i didn't need an adapter since I factor the 3" diameter into my design. I made it the same angle as my old duct (similar to yours) so it diverts away a little bit from the washer fluid reservoir.
