Awesome. I won't need it for initial build but I do need to bring the table and all the springs to my tuner so we can adjust it if necessary as we play with EBC settings.

Bought the Greddy Oil filter relocation plate with thermostat. It was nearly impossible to get the oil temps up last fall. Should be good now.

Do you have different fittings too? I think the hoses are -8an and the oil filter/thermo plate is -10an, or vice versa. |

Russell Performance - Specialty AN Fittings Look at the AN port adapters and order one that will transition from -10an to -8an. SummitRacing carries them but you might be able to find them cheaper. |

Grabbed a quick pic from my cell but battery was dying so no flash. Let me know if you want me to send something better. Looks like its a equal leg angle 3.75"x3.75" and is 2" wide with six holes drill, two to mount the GReddy plate and four to bolt into the frame in roughly same location as the standard one that comes with the kit. |

Pretty sure the GReddy side attachment bolts are M8's but they could be M10's. I know they aren't M6's cuz I have a bunch of those laying around since I replaced all the undershroud bolts. Again if I can make it to a hardware store to check bolt sizes before install I'll confirm but at least I narrowed it down for you.

Oh and not sure when you plan to install the new thermostat plate but I'll have mine in next weekend. I'll definitely send you some pictures and any advise I have to share on location.

Side note, been following your build for awhile and finally decided to sub :p. Keep up the good work!! |

All the hoses and fittings are -8AN. I went and purchased 4 new -8AN fittings for the Greddy thermostat. This makes things simpler, since I use -8AN fitting/hoses for the entire set-up. Jason, you can get these at PA in the hydraulic section. They are metric, 20mm x 1/2 JIC I think, but don't quote me on it. |
Thanks Sasha. :tiphat:

Installed the CJM fuel gauge adaptor. Quick and easy. There is one small issue, there is a bracket that needs to be modified or removed. Follow along with the pics to see what I mean.
https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7392/...ac7365c7_c.jpg This is the offending piece of bracket. You can cut or grind this tab off, or remove it. https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2877/...bbc2bde3_c.jpg I chose to remove it. But now the MAF sensor wire is sticking out like a sore thumb. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7114/...84d90244_c.jpg No problem, unplugged and rerouted. Nice and clean now. https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7183/...f737b119_c.jpg All done, https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3823/...7058d445_c.jpg https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3798/...5b11645d_c.jpg Works, https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7114/...5ecef684_c.jpg |
What is all that dust doing in the engine bay? It must be cleaned before picture time...:)
My is the same way....just put insurance on it today, first stop car wash. Engine/tire cleaner FTW. |

Actually, maybe a high speed ramp run would remove the dust? Only one way to find out. :driving: Quote:
