1st and 2nd pics. Got some metric all thread. Using this for the "Gap" area of the bumper

3rd pic. Here you can see the all thread.

4th pic. The ZSpeed under tray mounted.

5th pic. Had to cut about 6" notch in the splitter to fit where the ZSpeed undertray bolts to the frame.

6th pic. Splitter bolted back up. With the Nismo Big Mouth Mod. I cut out the cross bar, and enlarged the opening some.

7th pic. Here you can see the notch in the splitter and how it clears the undertray.

That the front of the wheel well liner. That is a gap between it and the splitter. I figured out a fix for that gap.

1st pic. The wings from the ZSpeed undertray.

2nd pic. I ground off the rivet heads between the 2 parts.

3rd pic. I pop riveted a piece of aluminum sheet to the curved piece. The sheet is in front of the liner, and the curve piece is bolted to the splitter. I also used the curve piece as a template to trim the splitter for tire clearance.

4th pic. Installed and painted with Dip-It.

Almost finished. The strut rods that came with the splitter from ARP are too short. I got a set from I think FTR. They are polished aluminum instead of stainless steel. Those pics have the ARP rods on.

Time to post up my FE Design fender vents.

1st pic. Mask off the fender with painter's tape. Position the template where you want it, and tape in place. Take a Sharpie and mark the inside of the template.

2nd pic. I used a 4" fiber cut off wheel on my die grinder to cut the fender. The fender is steel, unlike the hood which is aluminum. Cut on the outside of the line you made.

3rd and 4th pic's. The hole in the fender that you just ruined. This is what it looks like.

5th pic. Cleaned the area up, and spray painted the inner fender black.

6th pic. Fitting the vent. Had to trim some areas bigger. The bottom point had to be opened up more. I used an air powered belt sander to trim more.

1st pic. Once I was happy with the way it fit.

2nd pic. I drilled holes in both the vent and fender. Once done. I painted the holes and cut edges with cold galvanizing paint.

3rd pic. Re moved the inner fender liner and cut an area out of it.

4th and 5 th pic's. This little brace had to be notched for clearance on both sides of the car.
