Your theater sounds like it is going to be somewhat similar to one that I designed for a client. We did a 9.4 set up. All walls and ceiling were on either rubber bushings, or springs to help prevent sound transfer out of the room, and sound transfer into the room. Looking forward to seeing some photos of it.
