oh nice, good to hear...

Sorry I was tardy in getting them to you... and speaking of tardy so are my wheels.. guy is saying tomorrow.. polishing took longer than expected and snow storm scared his workers away he said... so possibly tomorrow, Monday at the latest on the wheels...

christian370z 01-28-2011 11:42 PM

Haha, no worries. I still need another pair so it is not like I am rushing to install those anyway. I'm sure you are biting your nails in anticipation, I know I would be if I knew a new set of wheels was that close!

chuckd05 01-28-2011 11:58 PM

the thing is these wheels fell into my lap for a good price.. Im not overly crazy about them but the resale on them on the 350 forums is great... but yea I am def excited to finally get them in my possession and test fit them! Dont get me wrong , I def think I am going to like them but in a perfect world I would have a set of the new TE's on my car. Litteraly would cost 3-4x more than these did though...

Boost_lee 01-29-2011 12:22 AM

cant pass up a good deal.
hope the outcome is good bro

ill take better pics soon though.. and prob mount them within a week... i have to put rear studs in too and its currently sleet and snowing out and the forecast for next few days is awful so they are gonna stay warm for a while.

tranceformer 02-02-2011 05:45 AM

looks nice chuck!

btw, now that you got rid of the snow tires you shouldn't be able to shoot flames out the tailpipe anymore right? ;)

CrownR426 02-02-2011 08:21 AM

Oh man this is going to look so sick!!!!

RCZ 02-02-2011 10:14 AM

Love the center caps too. Nice man!

Red__Zed 02-02-2011 10:24 AM

excited for pics.

TypeOne 02-02-2011 11:10 AM

Gah.. looks great!

98intrigue 02-02-2011 06:34 PM

Looks awesome! Those centers would look good on my car.

chuckd05 02-03-2011 01:37 PM

Just mounted two of them, and I am 10x happier than I thought I was going to be... IMO looks great! But definatly needs that 10mm Spacer I have waitings..

here a few quick pics with NO REAR SPACER. (have a 10mm spacer waiting that will make this look as good as it possibly could) Not sure why the first one is so washed out, but I was rushing... they also look much better in person, hard to describe...

The rear def needs to come out a bit but overall I am very happy... The emblems match these well too, but I need to wait for a nice day or a garage to install them as I want the tape to take well and the car to not be moist at all...

Now the car is back in the driveway, where it will stay until the roads are clear and its over 50 degrees :(

98intrigue 02-03-2011 01:53 PM

That looks awesome! You made the right choice in color.

christian370z 02-03-2011 02:31 PM

Droool. I wasn't sure how it would look on the car but that looks great, especially since it ties into painted rear lower valence being painted.

chuckd05 02-03-2011 03:34 PM

These pics really dont do them justice. It looses the detail of the wheel. I will take much better shots with correct lighting ... The small polished lip marks behind the center of the wheel and the shape of the spoke are lost in these pics, also the lip Is like a mirror right now, can't tell in these pics. The polished non clear Coated lip shines brilliantly.

Plus the rear tire needs to come out which will give a much meaner stance.

If weather cooperates I'll have the spacers on within a week and I'll bring the car out for some better pics.

Also have the black chrome nissan badges that will match the color scheme as well...

In march I am getting my taillights done on the inside and my headlights done ( pretty sure ) and possibly the fangs done with keeping the bottom most portion white.
