You should leave the exhaust stock then have some cut outs for an ultimate LS sleeper status. What tranny did you use or did you get an adapter plate made?

Right now it just has longtube headers that come out to 3" .. not sure if the show is going to do something custom or just weld up the oem exhaust...

even with stock exhaust, there's no way to hide the sound of a cammed LS3

Tranny is a 6L80 . i wanted to have paddle shifters

Interesting build indeed good luck! I did a LS2 swap on a RX7 a long time ago and it was a major pain in the rear to say the least. There is not a lot of room to work with on the 370Z platform to begin with.
