How do you start your day?

fill up new bowl of water for my dog and refill food bowl
make bed
wash face
get dressed in athletic clothes
ab workout
drink water/coffee
pushups
stretch
cardio workout (either one of the following: run, skate, jump rope, bike)
lift
shower/get dressed
eat breakfast
check news/emails/etc.

coffee, smoke, take a sh1t, and if it's my birthday or special occasion I'll rub one out.

I wake up to my Jack Russell licking my lips and throws in a lick on the eyeball, with my wife telling me to let him out to pee/walk
Right now its winter here, so the minute after that happens, Im reminded I cant drive my Z as I walk past her in the garage to let "Luigi" out to pee....
