My PS4 works fine. The PSN was down off and on after launch, but I was able to update my firmware and download a bunch of games off the PSN. Haven't had any issues the last few days. Still sad that Drive Club isn't out yet, but I'm making due with NFS Rivals.

If it helps, I downloaded my update with the PS4. Someone in line at Gamestop said that people were having problems with the update if they used a flash drive. Also there were a few issues with people not being able to plug the HDMI in all the way due to a bent piece of metal on that connector. So that's also worth checking out.

Otherwise, I am thoroughly enjoying mine and once some more games come out I'll enjoy it even more. On a side note: the last episode of South Park regarding the next gen systems was hilarious.
