Just got my Galaxy Nexus today. I'm loving it! My Droid 2 was such a piece of crap. I am glad I put up with it for a few months so I could upgrade to this.

Nexus phone is 100% Google so no need to root it honestly.
Though are you on Verizon? You are missing one feature, though the hardware is still included, Google Wallet. Give it a search, you can enable it without rooting the phone but you may not need it.

I agree, I have the google wallet installed and did a quick trial run and it worked with no problem I was using the $10 gift that I was given for signing up.

I always carry mine in my shirt pocket during the day so I'm good without one. Knock on Wood!!

I have a bionic, and it is getting better. Had TONS of problems at first (old lady is still having problems with hers), but the last few updates seemed to help.

I reallllllllllly want the Nexus though.
