So we are supposed to stand by and let it happen. Not gonna do it. Our EPA money would be better spent helping/forcing China to get their crap together.

The EPA is a fine example of a bunch of unaccountable bureaucrats/policy wonks making 'rules' that we are 'supposed' to follow.
