I have to instruct at new employees orientation today. Always fun meeting the new recruits. It is spitting snow and my body is letting me know it is not in favor of it at all. My left knee is the size of large grapefruit and I have tension in my left deltoid that I can't work out. Oh well, the joys of living a long time.
