I love working out too! I've gained 15 pounds since thanksgiving Still only 131lbs..... but working out makes me feel more energized and I just feel so much healthier. Lost

I've gained 15 pounds since thanksgiving Still only 131lbs..... but working out makes me feel more energized and I just feel so much healthier. Lost 3 pounds in a week so far Drinking diet sodas now and cut out ALL fast food! And 5 bottles of water a day. Should be back to normal in 3-4 weeks.
