I've thought about the P90X before but I don't mind actually going to the gym to work out. The problem for me is I'll go through phases where I work out and then go a while where I don't. I've been at it a month now and lost maybe only 5lbs (was 170lbs, now 165lbs) but I've gained some size and strength so I'm not complaining. (I'm only 5'9") I don't want to be huge though, I like being able to wipe my own ass..

I love working out too! I've gained 15 pounds since thanksgiving Still only 131lbs..... but working out makes me feel more energized and I just feel so much healthier. Lost 3 pounds in a week so far Drinking diet sodas now and cut out ALL fast food! And 5 bottles of water a day. Should be back to normal in 3-4 weeks.

15 lbs for someone your size is a lot, wow. This year I got smart and picked up the pace before thanksgiving, didn't gain a single pound.

Yea, 15 lbs is alot for me cuz I have a small frame but it's barely noticable. My hips got wider, but that's not a bad thing My abs aren't as obvious either ..but slowly returning

I just finished the first 90 days of P90x. I wasn't out of shape when I started it. I've always had a good cardio based work out routine. But I wanted to get some size. Im not a big guy. I'm only 5'5, and was 130lbs. I gained 11.5 pounds of muscle, and lost an inch in my waist line. I saw results in every part of my body! It's a great program, but be ready to work. It's tough! Read through the book. Follow the program, and it will work.
