My assumption is po po still need probable cause to pull you over. If you don’t break any traffic law, how would po po even find out you are just taking a hobby drive vs that of a necessary one?

LEO friend of my neighbor came by last week and told us if we wanted to speed, now is the time. Roads are empty and cops are busy. He said if we did get pulled over to just start coughing
