When I started to drive in the mid 70's. Price was around .35 for regular and .49 for Hi-Test. i can't remember the gar wars they had in the 60's. $3.00 to full up a 25 gallon tank.

Prices dropped today in my area. 87 is 2.25, and 93 is 2.78.

I do remember the .20 a gallon gas, I had to walk to the gas station to fill up the gas cans for the mower.

87 is 1.65 here in KC, 91 is 2.25
