Morning fellas! Back at my desk, missing the vacation routine a bit. Came back to a wee bit of devastation - looks like we had a wind storm. Both wife and I were gone, neighbors were kind enough to text us and give us a heads up so we had a crew on site to remove them as of Saturday afternoon, and my driveway is now clear again...

Bummed to lose the trees though. I'll need to do some research on replacements.

my house is paid for but my monthly fixed expenses are only $2,100. GET OUT of California !!

As soon as my contract is up I will. My mom has been bugging me to move to Az. She has a 4bd house, that she lives alone in, so if we do move, I wont be stressed to find a new place right away. The job market in Az is crazy. I spoke to a few people whose companies have very high turn over because there are so many jobs available.Plus, the puppy loves it there.

Theres also new houses going up not too far from here starting in the 300's. Might look into that too. I still have my VA home loan.
