I'd also pour the approach about 1/2" below the top of the floor. Helps keep wind driven rain from blowing under the door.

Good Monday Morning All. Hit the gym early this morning to get the week off to a great start. The Stage is set with the Chiefs vs 49ers. As of now, Vegas has the Chiefs -1.0, not sure what he over/under is. The Mrs and I will be in Vegas this weekend so will have to see what the odds are when we get into town. I don't bet on games but just might do it this time.

Anyway hope you all have a great MLK day and please be safe out there!!

Again I’m in need of a sketch or something showing what your end goal is for the columns and slab.

High level, 1.5” is not going to be enough cover on the outside of those columns. That **** is going to crack and ultimately break off.
