My 2011 Nissan Murano is a great vehicle but for the last couple of years the radio has been goofing up. The volume knob is messed up. You turn it down, it goes up. You turn it up, it goes down. The knob on the actual radio face is the one that is boogered up. The steering wheel volume up/down switch seems to work fine.

Anybody got any suggestions on what I may be able to try on this problem?

My non technical answer is: time for a new car, anything but a Chevy Cruze will be just fine.
