Uhaul offers a similar service for much cheaper. My sister used that to move to Wyoming.

In my recent move to central FL, I rented a 26’ Penske and moved all my crap by myself. $578 for the truck, about $170 for fuel and about $200 for bacon snacks along the way.

Be strong dude and move yourself. It’s much cheaper...

I heard about that scam. I know a guy who paid them over $1000 to store $hit in his driveway for less than 3 months. In the end he figured that he could have rented a storage unit for the duration and paid local movers to move stuff into and out of the storage unit and would have saved about $200.

Damn. We paid $300 to get the pod, store it for 3 months at their facility and deliver to the new house.

i guess a lot of the expense is the distance, getting it from one point to another.. and south florida unfortunately is 1500 miles away.
