Well, beings all you fellas are still sleeping...I shall proceed.
The pics here are the outer boards just used for a 1.5” spacer; plan to put the form boards against these & remove these spacer boards afterwards

But after looking hard at it....wondering if it’s gonna be a peckerhead getting concrete all around the post & to the outside that 1.5”

Could have the concrete just inside the 6x6’s & then use solid cement blocks between the 6x’s all the way around, as when garage is let down to resting point, it will be bolted back to the 6x’s to hold in place.
Thought’s and any other idears welcome

Or either delete the concrete from going to outside of 6x posts & risking breaking off that piece....

I know there’s plenty ways to skin this puss

Nope. Just get a vibrator in there and work it around.

This is much larger than you need but the vid shows how it flows when the stinger hits it. Your guy should have one.

You can also tap(beat the chit out of) the form work to get the mud to flow around the posts if your guy doesn't have a stinger and you can't find one to rent.

Pretty sure Betty has a slightly smaller version of this in his house... However, he calls it his 'stinger' also.
