Especially the 'diet' stuff... it's all chemicals...

I drink more water than soda (I might have 1 soda a month), spend 2-3 hours in the dojo per week and try to walk a little every day. I used to have pizza multiple times a week, now i'm down to once a month.

I still enjoy my Jameson's and an occasional cigar, so I haven't gone completely off the 'health food deep end'....

i was forced to get IG last night after FI posted the video.

someone grabbed my SN for me since they figured it would have gotten scooped up since tony used it to address me in some posts.

i should just stop. already i am bashing people on there

not even 12 hours.

370z owners club FB page (im a mod) - someone reports a post. lately it's been a lot of people calling other people fags soooo i kinda have to step in.

today: video of a hot chick in minimal coverage clothes pumping gas in a sexy manner.

i commented i should ban the person who reported it and it stays lol

I have to eat at least 3,500 cals a day to maintain my weight. I walk that much at work.
