Is your Chrome up to date? One of my Chrome browsers used to do that. But I realized it was pretty far out of date, and once updated I didn't experience any more issues.

During the move, I actually found our old mastered demo on 1/4" reel. I'm going to put it in my office armoire with my dad's old movie camera and some other relics from my past.
