He said that UPS didn't want to pay the insurance on it. Because they insurance it for $3,000. So they had to find it. List price on it is $2,700. I got it for $1,000. What goes bad on the circuit board? Depending on how the components are mounted, it could be repairable by someone with a good soldering skill set...
