Morning fellas! Since returning from France, my sleep schedule has been jacked up. I've been waking up naturally between 5 and 5:30 instead of my accustomed (and lavish) 6:05 am, so this morning I finally embraced it, set the alarm for 5 and worked out before work. So far so good, and nice to have it out of the way.

When I worked out and yes, there was a time I was in great shape and it wasnt round.

I would get it done before work and it made the day easier to deal with. I dreaded the days I missed it in the morning and had to after work.
