Don’t use the flakes and the clear coat I have doesn’t seem to be effected by sunlight.

Lots of time to look at everything. Insulation and drywall/osb first.

Yes, you had to be ready for that one... it started at 9 pm with a 2 mile running race to the waters edge to get in your canoe and then it was 120 miles downstream nonstop to Oscoda. You had to portage 5 dams during the night. If you were really good you could finish by 11am the next morning.

It is such a big race that teams from all over the world come to race it. Usually about 60 canoes start but only about 50 actually finish. It is pretty tough. My best time was a 14 hrs and 47 minutes for an 8th place.

Last years total prize purse was over a $1M

Back then I had 6 canoes at a time that I alternated training on. I don't have even one now, but I have 5 kayaks...

If you’ve been draining it & water hasn’t been “Rusty” (no pun intended) then you’re probably OK,,,as they don’t build chit the same as they use too
If you get a good commercial grade one - get ready to shell out some clams

BoneZ; how long does the concrete have to cure before you apply a sealant or something?

Thinking on this one. If I have room for it.

You would probably get a discount & I’ve heard that particular brand is a pretty quiet running compressor
