Did you install the bushing from the rear?
On the front bushings. Remove everything. Nothing gets reused but for the 2 long bolts.

Yep, thats how Im setup, and started it from the rear. Im sure there are no burrs. Ill have to drill sand the front where its getting stuck. Glad I bought the 5 pack of those sanding wheel things..
