welp i guess i cant bitch too much now.

had a very odd IM from my big boss about if i had any continuing education credits......i'm like huh? i graduated college in 2009 lol

she comes by like 5 min later pulls me into a meeting room, i think i'm getting fired like she was asking i had work pay for some more schooling and i hadnt paid back yet like making sure before letting me go.

offers me a promotion and the jump in pay code i wanted........didnt see that coming.

i didnt say yes nor it is 100% but thank you very much

it was explained to me that the position was made. and they want me. then followed by it needs final approval when the head HR rep returns next week from vaca.

but, the fact that it was presented to me but when i got back to my desk we walked past my manager and she was confused and asked if i was ok meaning she hasnt even been told means no one else was spoken to lol

no but seriously i've been in my managers ear lately about being frustrated with how i cant jump up due to another member of our group having seniority but being useless and will never get a bump.

i've never mentioned a word to the director nor do i rarely interact with her. so this was quite out of the blue.

Why don't you have a TT upgrade/Built motor? You got plenty of money's and can't enjoy a little. Whoever kicks the bucket with the most money doesn't win a dang thing but a coffin. LOL Exercise a little restraint, don't go overboard, and get what you want.
