In PA. We have PennDot and the Turnpike Commssion. The state made the Turnpike Commission turn over it's money to PennDot for the next 45 years. So now every year.

In PA. We have PennDot and the Turnpike Commssion. The state made the Turnpike Commission turn over it's money to PennDot for the next 45 years. So now every year. The Turnpike has to jack up the rates just to cover costs. And PennDot is wasting the money.
