Everything is location, location, location. Paid $112,000 in 2004. Now it would go for $200,000. What I've seen. If I could move the house. Price about 10 miles one way would be $100,000. Move it the other way. It would be $500,000.

Bought our house in media, pa for a song. 3500 sq feet, 2 acres, detached garage and shed. Demand skyrocketed. According to Zillow, we're up 250k since purchase. Even assuming Zillow is off 20%, crazy profit.
