This one is only $564K. You get a lot of house for the money here and the wages are pretty good.

Holy Carp! Thats really nice! That would go 1.5 mil easy, in california. My best friend lives in the heart of Silicon Valley, in a 2000 sq/ft 30-40 year old 3 bd house, very small backyard. Theyre getting ready to sell, because the neighborhood is going for over a million on the market.

My area is the same. Green chit everywhere. Can't swing a dead cat around without hitting green chit. My wife is from Denver. She says all the trees here look like broccoli.
