I dont like being angry but I hate lazy coworkers even more though

I bought a Mt. Dew and I am watching IT Crowd. I only have about 2 hours worth of work that needs to be done before 7 am so I am going to relax and not give a **** for a while.

I’m gonna get a snack & hit the sack; gonna leave early tomorrow for work & check out a few post frame & steel metal buildings for a workshop garage.
Plan is to definitely be climate controlled,,,so won’t go overly large...maybe 30x40; pending on when the price takes off!

Wifey gave me the ok to build a garage in the backyard.

But before I build it. I have a lot of other stuff to do that she wants done first.

I'm planning on a 30x30.

That's in inches, not feet.

electrical, cement, lighting, Windows, garage door, door opener, side entry door, are all up charges!

Built mine in 04, barn and erection

was $16,000 after all above up charges was closer to $26,000
Built a 24 x 36 gambrel style... wanted larger but was restricted by local codes

go figure, I live rural on 5 acres

$26K is really close to what we paid for our 24x42

I'm rural on 5 acres as well, SC isn't super strict on a lot of stuff........But found out concrete is up to $200/yard.
